UX That Wins: Designing Products People Actually Use

We heard you.

People didn’t want another passive lecture.

They wanted practical, hands-on learning from experts doing the work.

So we’re running a live, interactive session for Open Builder Day at CultureWorks Greater Philadelphia called:

“UX That Wins: Designing Products People Actually Use.”

This is not theoretical.

We’re bringing in experienced practitioners to break down real products in real time.

Medium Day 2025

Where Neuroscience Meets Storytelling: How Curiosity and Everyday Life Shape Design

Every month, I follow a steady cadence of research and writing that evolves into a finished article on Medium. That rhythm has become a new space for my creative expression, a way of transforming curiosity into a perspective that blends intellectually rigorous with narrative. Over time, it’s helped me think through ideas in behavioral design, uncover what truly motivates people, and refine how I tell stories about experience design.

Teaching, leadership, and parenting have added new dimensions to this practice, sharpening my observation skills and deepening my instincts as a designer. In this talk, I’ll share how small, consistent creative practices generate momentum, unlock opportunities, and strengthen narrative storytelling. You’ll leave with ideas on how to build your writing practice that fuels your creativity.
